3. Online Shopping

a) Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Occasionally, errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies or cancel orders, even after submission.

b) Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in USD. For international orders (when available), currency conversion is handled by your bank or payment provider.

c) Orders & Acceptance

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including if it appears to be placed by resellers or distributors.

d) Risk of Loss

Risk in products passes to you once delivery is confirmed by the carrier to the shipping address provided. Wicked Obscura is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after carrier confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days.
Shipping Method: We ship primarily via USPS; FedEx may be used when necessary.
Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
International Shipping: Currently unavailable. We plan to expand in 2026.
Forwarding Addresses: Orders cannot be shipped to forwarding services and may be canceled automatically.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Wicked Obscura products. Our policy is as follows:

Returns: Accepted within 30 days of purchase if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method once items are received and inspected. Store credit may be issued if conditions are not met.
Exchanges: Not available except for local Cincinnati customers.
Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace or refund defective items.

6. Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely. Your credit card details are encrypted during transfer and never stored on our servers.

7. Reviews & Submissions

You may post reviews or comments where available. You are responsible for any content you submit. Prohibited content includes anything illegal, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or spam-related.

By submitting content (reviews, suggestions, or other materials), you grant Wicked Obscura a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display it on our website or marketing materials.
