Shipping + Returns

At Wicked Obscura, we handcraft and ship every product with care. Please review our policies below regarding shipping, returns, refunds, and payment.

U.S. Shipping

  • Orders ship within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description.

  • We primarily ship through USPS, with FedEx as needed.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

  • Please note: Wicked Obscura is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or address errors once the package has left our facility.

International Shipping

We are currently not offering international shipping while we finalize logistics. We hope to expand this option in 2026.

Forwarding Addresses

We cannot ship to forwarding company addresses. Orders placed with one may be automatically canceled.

Order Cancellations

Because we ship quickly, orders cannot be changed once payment is accepted and confirmed. Please double-check your order before submitting.

Order Issues

If you experience problems (not received, wrong item, etc.):

  • Contact us immediately at hello@wickedobscura.com so we can help.

  • For damaged or defective items, please provide a photo of the issue.

  • For missing items: send a photo of the packaging and contents.

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for missing/damaged claims.

  • Replacement or refund will be provided after review.

NOTE: Products are handmade and natural, so slight variations in color or texture may occur between batches. These do not affect quality or efficacy.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once items are received and inspected.

  • To qualify: returned items must be unused, unopened, and at least 100% of the product in the jar/bottle. If not, store credit will be issued.

  • Exchanges: not available at this time except for local Cincinnati customers.

  • Please allow 10 business days for processing once items arrive.

  • Wicked Obscura is not responsible for lost return packages without proof of delivery.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gift Returns

If you received a Wicked Obscura item as a gift:

  • Return within 30 days of receiving the gift.

  • Include your email address inside the package for store credit.

  • Must contain at least 50% or more of the product.

  • Please ship within 10 days of contacting us for the return.

Discount Code Terms

  • Valid only on Wicked Obscura–branded products.

  • Codes are one-use only and cannot be combined with other offers.

Payment

  • Secure payments accepted via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

  • Prices are in USD. International transactions (when available) will be processed at current exchange rates.
